I'm afraid you can't unlock your Sempron's 2nd core.

There are 3 things you need for a successful unlock:

1. An unlockable Sempron 140. Not all Sempron 140 processors can be unlocked. While some have fully functional 2nd cores, others have their 2nd core locked because they are actually faulty.

2. Motherboard with AMD SB710 or SB750 Southbridge. Your Biostar motherboard unfortunately has an NVIDIA GeForce 6150 / nForce 430 chipset. This is actually the main reason why you can't unlock. Your motherboard has no way to support core unlocking.

3. A motherboard that supports the Advanced Clock Calibration (ACC) feature and has a core unlock feature. Some BIOSes only have the ACC feature but unless the manufacturer says they BIOS supports core unlocking then it cannot be done.
