I want to remove Internet Explorer from my system.

But I did not find it in "Uninstall a program" section in Windows 7.

How can I uninstall it?

Hi Richard Andrews,

Well, internet explorer maybe a free application for Windows, but it is somehow completely useless. Its slow speed makes it pretty bad for a browser. Consequently, people are downloading other web browser better than the internet explorer application. Anyway, let’s get back on how to uninstall it.

Previous versions of windows have prevented their users from uninstalling windows; however, in Windows 7 is completely a different story.

You are given the option of disabling or enabling some features of Windows 7.

Through it, you can finally disable Internet Explorer.

Here is how to do it.

1. Click Start Button.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Programs.

4. Click Windows features on or off.

5. Scroll to where Internet Explorer is located.

6. Uncheck the box > then click OK.

Hope this helps.
