Hi Experts.

I need to know the details of the following error message.

AutoCAD error aborting

ERROR FATAL: Unhandled e06d7363h exception……

Please help.

“Unhandled e06d7363h exception” error on AutoCAD

Hi

I'm working with Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2007 and started to get an error. After a couple of times there is noticeable when clicked on the File menu.and  did not want to reinstall and wonder what it could be. Other menus is working well so I thought about the Drawing the History. I started to set Options>Open and Save>File Open>Number of recently-used files to list to 0 and then restarted ADT. Now I could access the File menu with ease. It also helped to delete the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAutodeskAutoCADR17.0ACAD-5004:409Recent File List

If it didn't worked, try this (official autodesk team's suggestion)

This error may occur if the value of the variable VIEWRES is too high.

 

To resolve this error:

 

1.Enter VIEWRES on the command line.

2.Press ENTER when prompted for Fast Zooms.

3.Enter 100 when prompted for Circle Zoom Percent

Either one of the solution will work for sure.

“Unhandled e06d7363h exception” error on AutoCAD

Hi.

To fix that error you don't need to fix your registry. The course of that error is in broken .Net Framework. To fix .Net go to control panel and select Remove programs. From there remove all .Net packages. Open your browser and download .Net 4.0 package. It is found here Microsoft .Net 4.0 package. When it finishes downloading install it, reboot your PC and start AutoCAD. Also download all AutoCAD updates.
