Unable to open DXF files in other computer

I used Illustrator when I make those DXF files that I sent in a company that specializes laser cutting. They opened the file with their own software, but the files were rendered as ‘ open contours’. When opening the file in my Illustrator, the lines were constant and complete. But using their software, the lines were scattered. How can I fix it?

Unable to open DXF files in other computer

Howdy Kate,

A pleasant day to you. I think that you were unable to open the DXF File in other computer because the program of this computer can't convert the dxf to common windows graphic. I suggest you to download and install AutoCad program or other dxf file converter program in the internet to be able to open and see the complete result of your DXF File in that computer. I'm pretty sure that after doing this solution, you can now view your dfx file with the other computer completely. Good luck and happy week end. I'm glad to help you solve your problem.
