Hello Experts!
I am seeking for any help in opening my Hotmail in Internet Explorer. The error says “We were unable to install the ActiveX control ‘MSN Photo Upload Control’ from ‘Microsoft Corporation MSN’. If you see a gold bar at the top of your browser, please click it to install. Otherwise, click Install to try again” when trying to send any attachments with Hotmail. The gold bar on top is not appearing.
What can I do?

To Fix this problem. Just follow this easy steps.
Open Internet Explorer > click tools > Internet Options > click the security tab > make sure that the Internet Icon is highlighted. > click custom level > scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section. > For the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting option, set it to prompt.
Click OK to change the settings. > Click Ok again to confirm and restart the browser Enjoy.
