Your computer may have a virus in it and that file may be infected or a file required for the virus to function. Make sure you have an up to date and running security software in your computer.

Also make sure that you run a scan in your computer to remove any detected infections in the machine. Also see to it that your user account has enough privileges to make changes on the machine.

It may just be a user account issue and you need to contact your network or computer administrator for it to grant you more access rights.

If you want to clean or delete unwanted files from your computer like temporary files, you are doing it the hard way. One reason why it doesn’t work is that those temporary files might still be in use. You cannot delete a file that is still or is partly loaded in the memory which means a process is still using the file.

The easiest way to clean your computer against unwanted files like the ones you put in the Recycle Bin, temporary files, system log files, browser data and history, and others is to use CCleaner. First, download and install Piriform CCleaner either the Free edition or the Professional edition whichever you choose.

Once installed, launch CCleaner then in the “Cleaner” tab in the left pane, check the boxes you want to include in cleaning. You also have two tabs to configure, the “Windows” tab and the “Applications” tab. Since you want to delete temporary files, make sure “Temporary Files” is checked under “System” section.

When you are finished configuring the cleaner settings, click “Analyze” to see an overview of how much clutter it should clean in your computer. When you are ready to clean, click “Run Cleaner” to start cleaning your system. That should get rid of all the temporary files you have on your computer. To register CCleaner, download CCleaner Registration Codes.

Follow the instructions to download and unpack the file. Open “license-keys_readme.txt” with Notepad and follow the instructions.
