I am trying to make a copy of a set of ‘One Foot in the Grave’ which I purchased. Using DVD Shrink application, I can copy those to an ISO file without facing any problem. But the attached error message pops up when I try to burn the files.
I did similar sort of job before and didn’t have any problem with that. Although the disks I am using don’t have scratches on them, I don’t know why it’s not working.
I need your advice concerning the facts.

Unable to copy a purchased set of ‘One Foot in the Grave’
I believe DVD Decrypter is already out of date. Try to upgrade to DVD Fab HD Decrypter. For more information on this, go to:
https://www.videohelp.com/software/DVDFab-Decrypter
If you still want to use DVD Decrypter, do the following:
1. Make sure the disk you are using is clean and scratch free. Try several disks.
2. Since you said the disks are free of scratches, in DVD Decrypter go to Tools and then select Settings. Look for the option Ignore Read Errors, select it by putting a tick mark.
3. Look for the Retries option and set it to 0.
That should ensure that your DVD Decrypter can work without putting bad sectors into VTS_01_1.VOB. You can also try to use DVD Free or AutoDVDFab.
Cheers!
