Unable to connect the client to remote computer

Hello,

I am using a laptop computer that was installed in the, to remotely connect to a desktop PC that also runs on Win XP, Win XP, but not the connection to the error message;

 “The client could not connect to the remote computer.

Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.

Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to occur, contact your administrator. ”

Both machines have remote desktop enabled on both firewall and windows control panel.

I am trying to connect to the internal LAN of the company in the same IP subnet. The network has no problem as I can't connect to the desktop of any other machine apart from my laptop.

I have tried to connect to your desktop using your IP address, but I get the same error. Do I have to do something with the activation of the port? I have the option Remote desktop marked, in my computer but still without success.

Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?

Unable to connect the client to remote computer

The method I am showing you will be resolved the problem.

• First of all check out that the server registry will backup accurately or not.
• The click on the start button and click on the run and type regedit.msc or search the registry editor.
• Then search this registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesTermServiceParameters.
• In the registry windows click on the export the registry files.
• Then type the exported text in the name box.
• After writing then click on the save button.        
• In the parameter right click on the values.
• Then the menu will appear then click on the delete button and confirm it.
• After this close the registry editor.
• After closing then restart the server.
• After restarting the server will connect the remote client.

Unable to connect the client to remote computer

• Many symptoms that causes this error "The client could not connect to the remote computer".
• This will give you idea and identify what are the common issue and you will mostly likely is the key to resolve this issue. Keep in mind the symptoms and soon you will analyzed and realized what is/are the main caused, then fix it by doing the right thing.
• May be limited in connection slots intended for the users to connect and this simultaneously allow computers to connect and disconnect.

• Could be port assignment is incorrect and or conflict.
• Could have been a problem with authentication and encryption, try ask your IT guy the current log-ins.
• Could be a corrupted Certificate that trigger this issue, time and date is also important to check for synchronization purposes.
