The latest law the will be promulgated is the proposed Trol Bill, this is said to be the easiest and the quickest way to fight the terron in the internet?

What is the very essential of this to the website owner and when it will be officially promulgated?

The “Trol Bill” for Internet terror

 

Yeah a new law was being built and it’s on process right now. Its aim is to have a quicker and easier way to unmask internet trolls.  Social Networks complied with court orders because they are forced to comply. Website owners are forced to comply by the requirements asked by the court. Though the court has given them promises that they will protect their rights and its members, still they are unsure. They are concerned for the protection of their user’s personal information and its freedom of speech. Most importantly to ensure that these measures do not expose genuine whistleblowers, that they are committed for detail harvesting. This proposed defamation bill is still debatable by Commons. So let’s wait for the result of the proposed bill to be promulgated.
