Panasonic Refuses to deny Weatherproof In G Series Camera

There is latest news that Panasonic  will be launching their latest camera  with has a feature of 12-35 mm Premium X lens and the most good news is that it has a weatherproof and dust proof, however it is a bad news in the side of G series phone because Panasonic refuses to deny this weatherproof in G series Camera.

What do you think is the main reason why Panasonic refuses  to deny that G series to have this features?

Panasonic Refuses to deny Weatherproof In G Series Camera

There can be many reasons behind this. You cannot just assume that for only one particular reason they made this decision to deny the fact that the G series is water proof.

The first reason obviously is that they did not put the feature in the phone. Because if they would have done it, the phone would definitely cost more so it might capture less market so they made it cheap.

The other reason is that if Panasonic is planning to launch a new series and then introduce the water proof thing in it, this will not only give a boost to their new series but will also increase the sales.
