I received an Error message when tried to upgrade a file

Hello everybody,

Basically the problem is in upgrading a file. When I tried to upgrade a file, I received an Error message which I’ve pasted below.

I received an Error message when tried to upgrade a file




The reason of this error is when you upgrade a company file through v13 or Business Basics 1. Although these older products don’t have serial numbers embedded, you have to upgrade to AccountRight Standard v19 then upgrade AccountRight 2011. After updating it to AccountRight Standard v19, Send your company file to the Client support by contacting 1300-555-123

Hi James,

      This can be a restriction issue with the software that you are using, most likely this is due to upgrading company files. Make sure that the software you are using is up to date. If you just have updated it and got the error after, try opening a sample file to check if it is the software, then this will enable the software to have its conversion functionality work.
