I am running Premiere Pro CS6 on my Mac OS X and I have some files that I need to sync. But an error is showing on doing it. I don't understand the error message since I'm a novice in Premiere Pro. I tried to re-sync again and again but it always failed. Can someone send me instructions on how to fix this? Thank you.

When running Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 on your Mac, make sure you meet all its requirements to avoid work related problems. For Mac users, Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 supports Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion, and 10.9 Mavericks. For Windows users, the application works on Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1.

Your processor should support x64 architecture. The minimum amount of RAM for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 is 4 GB. Your graphics accelerator should be capable of supporting OpenGL 2.0 and maybe higher would be excellent. For the program’s QuickTime features, it requires you to install at least QuickTime 7.6.6 and higher.

Remember, when running Adobe products on Mac system, all Adobe products don’t support case-sensitive file system on Mac OS X so if you converted your file system to case-sensitive from case-insensitive, you may need to convert it back because there’s no way of running it in that state. If there’s no problem with your file system, you may try reinstalling Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.

Another option of fixing it is to update Mac OS X because normally, installing the update fixes any problems encountered in the system.
