There is a site I use that was accessed anonymously

I go to a board frequently and today when I went to it, I can tell it has been accessed anonymously.  My name and address has been registered, so is there anything I need to be concerned with regarding my information? Luckily I never used a credit card or anything, but I am just not sure. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Actually, it might be that somebody is in the process o f hacking your accounts and its details. So, it is advisable to take an immediate action against this issue. 

As the primary step, you can report this hacking attempt to the particular account website and take additional steps in order to prevent any unauthorized access.

In the meantime, you can increase the security level of your account by setting security questions and resetting a more strong password that is difficult to be guessed and is not used in any other account of yours.
