There is a problem with office word viewer firefox.

Hello experts,

There is a problem with office word viewer Firefox. When I am trying to view some office word files from my internet web browser Firefox it always get an error such as submit crash report at the upper right corner of Mozilla Firefox browser. I am confused of the main cause of this problem; give me some brief explanation and solution about this problem.

There is a problem with office word viewer firefox.

My dear,

I think this is a problem with Firefox. I will suggest you remove Mozilla Firefox, then set it up again. I think you will succeed. If this doesn't solve your problem, you can download a new version of Firefox and install it.

There is a problem with office word viewer firefox.

Hi,

I will help you to solve your Mozilla Firefox related problem. First of all Firefox does not support opening of Microsoft Word documents. When you download a word document, it will ask to save or open. Select save. It will be downloaded to your hard disk first. Then you will be able to open or Firefox will crash.

Dear Hernandez,

Try Google Chrome instead of Mozilla Firefox. If you really want to use Firefox then update your browser, install updated plugins for that. I would suggest you to use Google Chrome to get rid of all future problems.
