I received an error message in my company’s database. The error is just like this which you can view in the below image. What is this? Somebody can assist me to solve this matter?

To fix this, remove the Microsoft User Data folder from Documents to your Desktop. It will then create a new MUD folder and then just drag the MUD folder contents from your desktop the newly created folder.

You can also try to delete the entire com.microsoft.* and the Microsoft folder from the ~/Library/Preferences.

Well, this problem might be caused by a database corruption on Microsoft Outlook for Mac. For you to be able to know if the database is corrupted, try to move the folder of the Microsoft User to the desktop and then try to use Outlook from there.
 
Here are the steps on how you can do this:
 
  • Make sure to End or close all applications.
  • On your Mac finder, click Go and select Documents in the drop down.
  • Choose the folder for Microsoft User Data and drag it to your Desktop to create a shortcut.
  • Then simply Open up Microsoft Outlook.
 
Usually this solves most problems in Outlook with the same error messages. The usual issue is with the database and you will need to rebuild it to fix the error completely.
