I have researched via Google and have found some help for you. You need to make a worksheet within the same ExcelÂ
file, it should have locked the INSERT statements. When you receive the spreadsheet, copy and paste the INSERT statements of the spreadsheets in SQL*Plus, or you may stag them in SQL script.
