I am working in an IT company. I require a software to manage as a helpdesk and provide solutions on demand when our clients require. Where can I download any free help desk ticketing system from the internet?

There is much free software available but I would recommend going for the paid one as they would become more reliable and only those provide the required features for a helpdesk ticketing system. The one that is most used is the ZOHO company that should download by the link. It has several features and but its paid version. You can try a trial version for a limited time.
