Hi, I am Neeraj, and while working on my operating system, a blue screen appears saying 0x0000024 error. Can you help me to understand the same?

The System Got Crashed With A 0x0000024 Error

The 0x0000024 error can occur while running a program or windows operating system. The error pops up in the blue screen when you restart your system. It usually occurs when the NTFS.sys file is functioning. The NTFS.sys is essential for the computer and need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

• Go to START and click RUN.
• Inside the box, type in cmd type chkdsk drive:/f and then ENTER to affirm the command.
• That will launch the CHKDSK application that will review the status of the hard drive performance and check its accessibility.
• Go to MY COMPUTER and then select the hard disk drive that you want to scan for errors first.
• Right-click this disk drive and click on PROPERTIES > TOOLS > CHECK NOW button.
• After that, press START so that the scan and recovery will begin.
