If you come across something like this, then maybe the following can help you-

  • Repairing of the ESO launcher.
  1. Open the launcher, Go to ‘Run as administrator’ option
  2. Get the correct version highlighted
  3. Select your game from different options and Repair it.
  • If this is not helping, you can uninstall the ESO launcher and get the new version for your help.
  • Sometimes there are possibilities that your account is hacked by someone, in that case, you can create a new account or can take help of an expert hacker who can restore your account.
  • If possible, you can make a backup of your ESO on Steam, and Steam will detect the missing update and resolve your problem.

That error seems to mean that the program you are installing is not compatible with your computer. If you want to install and play “The Elder Scrolls Online”, check that your computer meets the requirements.

The Elder Scrolls Online

The Elder Scrolls Online supports 64-bit Windows 7 and requires Intel Core i3 540 or equivalent AMD A6-3620 or faster processor, 3 GB RAM, Microsoft DirectX 11-compatible video card with 1 GB video RAM, sound card, 85 GB free space, and internet connection. If your computer is running on Windows 7 but you see this error, check again if your machine is 32-bit or 64-bit.

The game will not run on 32-bit platforms. Try also installing the game as administrator. Right-click the installer or setup file and select “Run as administrator”. The game “The Elder Scrolls Online” is an MMORPG or Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game developed by ZeniMax Online Studios, published by Bethesda Softworks.
