Stuck on safe mode Please help!

Please help! My computer goes to safe mode every time I restart my computer. The only way I can boot it to normal mode is by going Advance Boot Options and choose normal mode. Any ideas to fix this? I am using Windows XP SP3 Home Edition.

Stuck on safe mode Please help!

If you don't mind programs that could be lost, use system restore and choose a date that you know it was booting in normal mode properly.

There's no restore checkpoint. All dates are grayed out.

Stuck on safe mode Please help!

Start > Run > type "msconfig" > Ok. Click "Boot.ini" tab > Uncheck "/SAFEBOOT". Restart the computer and it will be in normal mode.

Excellent. By the way, this is how it looks in the Microsoft system configuration window.

**Note: /SAFEBOOT will be unchecked.
