Split view file manager having problem

My split view files manager not working properly. It displays the message of already running even I opened it after five to ten minutes. What is the problem may occur in your view?

Split view file manager having problem

If this is the first time that this happens, try restarting your computer then try again. Check the program again after rebooting the machine. If still nothing happened and the problem persists, try doing a clean installation of the program to fix any corrupted files that may have developed in the system since it was installed.

Uninstall the software then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics test on your computer, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit. Install the application again then check if you are now able to use it.

You may also try upgrading your present version of the program. It’s possible that due to some updates you did on your system the program no longer works.
