The sound on my iPhone 4S does not work

Hello Friends,

The sound on my iPhone 4S only work when my phone is locked. Most of the time I have no sound. Nothing works and the volume button does not indicate a sound bar increase when I press either one.

Please help me with this.

Hi there Jeffrey A. Parker I searched a possible solution for you to solve your problem. I think you just enabled the mute button it is located top, left side of the phone. You will notice 2 volume buttons; switch it into off silent if it is set onto silent mode.

Apple store

If the problem persists I suggest you go to the Apple store and let them correct it.
