Hi to everyone,

What is all about a simple lan messenger? I am wishing to have some local area network chat system or shall I say messenger to give some important updates to all my business partners within the lan or local area network. I don’t know how to setup or configure the process, can I use a command prompt? Give me some help.

What is all about a simple lan messenger?

Hi,

I give you an idea on how the simple LAN messenger works.. basically, LAN messenger is commonly use in some offices, cafe, school, computer lab and etc., when we say LAN it is the interconnections of the local computer network in the specific area.

Example: School that connected into 1 switch hub with 48 ports. all of the computers connected on the switch hub are called LAN computer, no other connectivity outside network or Internet. Logically, all of the computer will see each other with different IP addresses.

To communicate all of the computers within the LAN, you should install this application in every computer then after you installed it. You can send messages into different computers with IPmsg installed. I hope this can help you.
