You can try the solutions given below:

1. Try to launch Outlook after rebooting your system.

2. Ensure your internet connection is working right.

3. Check for the Outlook Work offline mode should not be on.

4. If none of the processes works, delete the profile and re-create your Outlook profile.

If you are using Microsoft Office Outlook, the offline mode is automatic. The email client shifts to this mode automatically when your computer disconnects from the internet. But when your internet connection goes back online, Microsoft Office Outlook should automatically go back to online mode.

Now, if you want to stay or keep working in offline mode even if your internet connection is working, click “Send/Receive” then select “Work Offline”. To shift between online and offline mode, just check this button. If “Work Offline” is highlighted, it means Microsoft Office Outlook is running in offline mode.

But if this option is not highlighted, it means Microsoft Office Outlook is running in normal mode or online mode. On the other hand, if Microsoft Office Outlook does not go back to online mode, try troubleshooting your connection. Try disconnecting the network cable from the network port at the back of your CPU and plug it back in.

If this doesn’t work and your computer is connected to a router, try restarting the Wi-Fi router. If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about 10 to 20 seconds. Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power or to power cycle.

After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on. When the router is ready, open your web browser and visit a website then try clicking some links. Once you verify your connection is working, restart Microsoft Office Outlook then see if it works. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall it.
