I am having problems with installation of blackberry desktop manager on my laptop and I am repeatedly getting the error 1935 while trying to install it. Guys please help me fix this.

Solution To Blackberry Desktop Manager Installation Error 1935

This issue has been found out to be machine specific so this maybe a problem with your laptop and not the software. You can try installing on a different computer to test this problem. As a workaround you can try the method below on your laptop-

1. Go to programs and features on control panel and then proceed to turn Windows features on or off
2. You need to locate.NET framework and uncheck the box beside it
3. Restart your PC and check the box beside .NET framework again and then again restart

This might fix the problem.
