I am having problems with installation of blackberry desktop manager on my laptop and I am repeatedly getting the error 1935 while trying to install it. Guys please help me fix this.

This issue has been found out to be machine specific so this maybe a problem with your laptop and not the software. You can try installing on a different computer to test this problem. As a workaround you can try the method below on your laptop-
- Go to programs and features on control panel and then proceed to turn Windows features on or off
- You need to locate.NET framework and uncheck the box beside it
- Restart your PC and check the box beside .NET framework again and then again restart
This might fix the problem.
