This ‘spss client error java vm not found’ error occurs when you try to launch the executable for the application from a location outside the installation directory. Follow the steps mentioned below to get rid of this error-
- Uninstall SPSS Statics.
- Click on Start.
- Type ‘msconfig’ in the run command window and click on Run.
- Select ‘Diagnostic Startup – load basic devices and services only’ on the ‘General’ tab.
- Select ‘Windows Installer.’
- Click on ‘OK.’
- Restart your PC.
- Now, install SPSS Statics.
- Again, restart your PC.
- Now, go to Start.
- Type ‘msconfig.’
- Click on ‘Normal Startup-load all devices drives and services’ on the General tab.
- Click on ‘OK.’
- Restart your PC.
