Hi! Today when I’m trying to connect my Logitech Bluetooth mouse with my laptop, this 0x80070015 Bluetooth error is appearing and the mouse is not connecting. This problem never occurred before so, I’m unable to figure out how to fix it. I tried restarting the laptop and tried reconnecting it, but the same error keeps occurring. This 0x80070015 Bluetooth error usually occurs due to an incorrectly configured system setting. It occurs due to improper installation or uninstallation of some software. It can also be occurring due to the presence of some malware/virus. The first thing you should do is to run a full hardware scan to detect the presence of any malware/virus in the PC. If you have a Logitech Bluetooth mouse and you encounter an error when connecting it on your computer, since it is Logitech, make sure you install the Logitech software for your device. To fix the problem, download the Logitech Options software and install. This is the driver required by the Bluetooth mouse. It supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
For Macintosh, it supports OS X 10.11 El Capitan, 10.12 Sierra, 10.13 High Sierra, and 10.14 Mojave. Once installed, you need to setup your mouse with your computer. Make sure the mouse is turned on and the number 1 LED at the bottom is blinking quickly. If the LED is not blinking quickly, press and hold the mouse button for about three (3) seconds.
Next, if you want to connect via USB, plug the USB receiver of the mouse on the USB port. If you want to connect the mouse directly via Bluetooth, open the Bluetooth settings on your computer and perform the pairing.
