Check again if you meet all the requirements of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012. It supports Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3, Windows Vista [Enterprise, Business, or Ultimate] Service Pack 2 or higher, and Windows 7 [Enterprise, Ultimate, or Professional] both x86 and x64. If your computer seems to meet all the requirements, try reinstalling the application.

Uninstall AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 then restart your computer. After booting, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK.
