The problem with my computer is that some unnecessary software have been installed automatically. What antivirus software should to use to find spam software and remove them?

Spams are malware which makes your life hell on the system. Sometimes they use up lots of resources of the machine or sometimes they just compromise the security of the system. To combat with their menace, there are lots of anti-virus in the market which give special emphasis to anti-spamming. Norton 360 , Kaspersky, Panda, AVG to name a few.
