I am editing a picture for my family where more than 5 members are met together. One of the family member has closed eyes. I want to make his eyes funny and opened. Which software is best for opening eyes in a picture?

Finding software to open eyes in a picture

Hi Bob,

You can do it via Photoshop by using the Lasso effect then use it in the round selection of the eye.

Then use the Layers Palette and make the opacity low after that move it to the position of the eyes. Sounds very complicated right?
