The socket error 11001 error number 0x800ccc0d, as the name suggests is an Internet socket error. This usually occurs when the client is unable to connect to the servers. This usually results in the system being unable to connect to certain websites.

There are multiple reasons as to why this error occurs. This can be when a website changes its hostname or some other reason.

To bypass this error, what you can do is to try to access the websites after turning off the virus protection or the anti-virus. Please be aware that do this only if you trust the website completely. In your case, try using outlook with the anti-virus turned off. Otherwise, go ahead with the Windows Support.
