My smartphone is unable to connect to any wifi hotspot be it my home, office or the library I often visit. I have only recently purchased my smartphone, so it is brand new. What is the issue, and how can I solve it?

Smartphone users quite often experience this. Try the following:
- Try turning on and off the WiFi on your smartphone.
- Delete all the saved networks and then try to reconnect.
- If the last two methods do not work, then unplug the WiFi router and after 30 seconds, plug it again and switch ON. Now try to reconnect.
- Otherwise, shut down your phone. Wait for 30 seconds. Switch it ON. Now try to reconnect and see if it works.
If none of the above works, you have to contact the customer care service.
