Smartphone factory reset on booting

Hi there,

I have a Nokia Lumia 625 phone, yesterday I switched off the phone because the battery was very low, when I booted the phone again, everything stored in the phone's memory was gone, Music files, pictures, and contacts, even my email addresses were all deleted, What could have happened? How can I prevent this from happening again?

Hi !

Luckily for you is just a software problem. Memory and setting were reset because the power was not enough to save all the settings when you turned off the phone and created an error which will make your phone to reset every time it's off. To prevent this to happen again and avoid any hardware problem, I recommend to you to go to an authorized service to reinstall your Windows Phone again and if you want an update, make sure that your phone is compatible with your phone.
