SKY X upgrade to Professional edition

Hi there, I upgraded SKY X to Professional edition. Then, whenever I try to connect to CCDAP5 software which is in planning mode, I get an error message – “Link to the software error, The SkyX Adapter.StarChart 1:COLeException Type mismatch (800200005) SCODE 80020005?”

SKY X upgrade to Professional edition

Hello there! Make sure that your upgrade process finished in the correct process and that the necessary sectors are working properly and no installations have been corrupted. Your application of method to login to your system is either in an unknown format that is not recognized by the computer or is using a built-in name. The error code indicates the execution of VS Script file whenever you run it. Therefore, this might have also happened that the code in your file is wrong. Go through the source code clearly and see if any wrong argumentative number is being used in the program that is causing this problem. Or maybe the software is unable to connect to the internet and therefore the error is coming. Hope your problem gets solved soon. Best of Luck!
