Hello, the error code is in relation  with the account and the network servers, so this might be a problem due to Sony’s server being under heavy traffic, or your account has some issue.

The below methods will solve the error,

  1. Sign out of play station network and then log in again.
  2. Check your account details and complete if any security measure is left incomplete.(In case, if you are having problem with the account)
