I am unable to find SharePoint 2010 picture stretch option in format menu. I want to extend it up to 400×600. Where can I find this facility in SharePoint 2010?

Stretching pictures in sharepoint needs special modifications in javascript or jquery areas write function to create an object with fullsize image and set its width to 100 percent first change property of window element on resize and call functions with variable declaring document members and select with id then assign image property style with full size width.
Otherwise refer stackoverflow site and fix problem.
