Dear Donal,
I have found another way to resolve your issue. This software translates voice to text helping you get rid of long hours of typing and the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome. This will help you become more productive.
Refer to the steps below: 

. To start with, you have to purchase voice recognition software. There are different sites you can choose from. 

. Next, go to control panel and find ‘speech recognition’ to configure your voice and your microphone.

. Make sure you have your speech ready.

. Familiarize the voice commands such as tab, space, delete, backspace and quotations to save time.

. Do not be surprised that what you dictated is not exactly the outcome. Voice recognition is only 90-95% accurate.
