I have configured two emails in my Outlook- one Hotmail account and another in Internet service provider, Shaw.ca. My issue is that I am unable to send any mail using the Hotmail account but I can receive. The other email account works perfectly fine. Please suggest a solution.

Are you getting any error messages when you click send/receive on your Outlook. Normally when we are unable to send or receive, we should be receiving error messages.
If you are not receiving any error messages, you may want to try to recreate the profile of your Hotmail account on Outlook. To recreate the account, Start > Settings > Control Panel >Mail > Show Profiles > Add > Create new profile. You can try to make the new profile your default profile and check if you would be unable to still receive emails.
You can also try to change your password for the account as Hotmail server may be encountering an issue and this temporarily resolves it.
