Determine total amount of Incoming and Outgoing Data in Outlook

I would like to know the total amount of data transferred, both incoming and outgoing, by my Outlook during a certain time interval. Is it possible?

Determine total amount of Incoming and Outgoing Data in Outlook

Hi Hannah,

This would be possible with the use of a third party software. You can try to use OutlookStatView. You can run it while Outlook is closed as long as its not password protected. You can just add the profile you are using if you only have one. If you have several Outlook profiles, you may need to open the Profile before you run the executable file. The application will display all the messages sent and receive, who send you an email and who do you send an email to, the ones that are CCd to you.
