Save file in multiple locations and sync

Hi Experts,

Is there a way that I can save a single file into two separate folders but are synchronized in such a way that if the file is edited and is saved in one folder, the file in the other folder will automatically save the changes as well?

Can you please help me on how I can do this?

“Sync Toy 2.1 “    application can be used to synchronize   files in several locations.(Windows 7).

Step 1:  Download the Sync Toy 2.1 application and begin installation process.

Step2:  Click on run button.

Step3:  Sync Toy setup window is available click on “accept”.

Step4:  Next   “accept” (I had read and understood the warnings below)    and click on “next”.

Step5:  Select “I agree terms” and click “next”.

Step6:  Select the destination installation folder and click “next”.

Step7:  Click on “Next” to start installation.

Step 8:  After the installation process is completed click on “close” .

Step9:  Click on Sync Toy icon seen in the start menu.

Step10:  Microsoft Sync Toy Customer feedback window is found “click on I don’t wish to participate” and “ok”.

Step11:  Create new folder window is seen, click on “create new folder pair”.

Step12:  Browse to select two folders in the system, click ok and next.

Step13: Now what do you want to do select “synchronization” and click next.

Step14: Provide a folder pair name and click on “finish”.
