Roland SC-545EX printer doesn’t firing black Ink.
On my test print this morning, I found that the black ink is not firing or not printing. I do cleaning the head as well as pumping the head manually. I also check the tubes from the Ink bag down on the dumper.
The ink flows so smooth and no problems detected on the ink tube. I can pump ink on from the head. What is the problem? How do I fix this?

Open the hood; you will observe that the head are rising naturally on capping.
-
Determine the top portion if there's any problem, if capping is working well.
-
The capping consists of two pipes which made for connections.Â
-
Unplug the hose of the vacuum and the syringe, you will observe for the release of the ink if syringe is not release.
-
Upon this condition; reconnect it and clean it. After cleaning, back it to its original position.
