I am facing Windows 8.1 install error. The installation got corrupted half way between the procedures. What should I do?

Resolve Windows 8.1 Install Error On Your PC

To resolve this error, follow the given steps:

1. Open the command prompt as an administrator.
2. In the ‘Command Prompt,’ write the following statements one by one and press enter:

Net stop wuauserv

Net stop bits

3.  After this restart your device to close all the files in use.

4.  After restarting, go to ‘C:\Windows|SoftwareDistribution’ folder. Open the folder and remove the files and folder present in it.

5.  After this, type the following commands on the command prompt one by one and press enter,

Net start wuauserv

Net start bits

6.  Next, go to the Windows Store and restart the installation process.
