I just purchased Replay Music and installed it on my PC. It works fine on the first time but after that, I started getting issues. I did not change anything on the settings. I decided to re-install the program then it works again after few recordings. On the last recording, I've got the same issue again. How can I fix this? I enclosed the error message I received.

It is obvious that there is a time when using the program or while using the program it seems that it tries to initiate access to the server. And when the application does this it will require you to have internet access. When it started to access the server and your computer doesn’t have an active internet connection then this error will eventually appear.

I checked the system specifications of the program and I don’t think you will have a problem with it even if you are using the latest version of Microsoft Windows. The latest version is Replay Music 6 and it supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. But unfortunately, it is evident that a problem might be encountered because the program requires an active high speed internet connection.

If you are not using the latest version, get it from Download Replay Music 6.00. One thing though, in case you are using the demo version or the trial version, you are only allowed to use it for about 25 tracks. You can record and tag up to 25 tracks for free and beyond that I think this is the part where the program will require you to purchase it.

Make sure your computer has an active internet connection while using Replay Music.

I think this is an old issue with Replay. They are having problems with the music ID server and the solution is to upgrade your Replay Music software. Which version are you using? Try to go to their official site and download the most recent version and install it to fix the issue.
