Hi Edward

The error displaying remote desktop connection does not shows printers can be fixed by these steps

You need to open your Remote desktop connection usually called as RDC on your pc and enter the address you are trying to connect with and click Options and then scroll down to local resources tab and check mark printers, local devices as well as resources options then you need to connect by entering your login credentials if required. Now check in your control panel the availability of printer shown. The problem will be fixed and you will be ready for your work.

Thanks.

There are two steps require to enable your remote desktop for admin

  • 1ST

Click Start and open control panel, and then open system.

Click the Remote tab then click to select the Allow users to connect remotely to your computer check box after that click OK and save it.

  • 2ND change the encryption level:

Click Start then open All Programs,

Then go to Administrative Tools, and then open Terminal Services Configuration.

To left side Connections.

Then right-click RDP-tcp, and then click Properties.

Open the General tab, click the encryption level that you want in the Encryption list,

 And then click OK.
