Hello,

I have an Acer Extensa 5420 and it crashed (motherboard?). The point is I can read my drive but the PSD directory appears empty. Is there a way to recover the files that are currently protected by the PSD software?

Hello Garutza,

 

Nothing to worry until your PC can detect and you can access your hard drive you have a chance to get your PSD files back. All you have to do is to use some recovery disk tools. One that I have used and always worked great for me is EASUES Data Recovery. It allows you to get your deleted files back as well as you can recover your whole data even if you have deleted the whole partition.
