Hi. I have tried to zip all the files so as to compress it and send it via e-mail. But, it is not working. How to create a ZIP file? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Hi. To learn how to create a ZIP file using WinZip, first open WinZip and then select the files which are to be zipped from the PC or cloud, in the files menu. Then, click on the option add to Zip. After this, click on save as option from the actions menu. Then, select the location where the zipped file is to be saved. You can also then attach it as an attachment in the e-mail and send it to the desired address. The files can also be zipped using the Windows Explorer folder by opening the window of the folder. Then select the files which need to be zipped. Then, right-click on the area which is highlighted. Then, from the WinZip menu, choose the file name and save it with the extension .zip. Save the zipped file in a location from where it can be selected as an attachment and e-mailed to the desired recipient. Another option is WinZip Express for Office. Click on the file menu in the application and then click on the Zip and Share button. Then, click on the save as option to save the file after which the WinZip dialog box will appear.
