I want to ask about the putty for windows 7 64 bit in detail. Can someone explain about the same?

PuTTY is an implementation of SSH as well as Telnet for Windows and Unix operating systems, along with a terminal emulator. Writing and maintenance of this are by Simon Tatham.
You are now able to get 64-bit Windows builds of PuTTY, along with the 32-bit ones.
Right now, the 64-bit builds run as far as I know, but they haven’t had that testing as the oneswith 32-bit. Hence, you must consider the 32-bit builds wherever possible. However, if you have some reason to use a 64-bit build or if you just feel like executing the new builds to try, then let me know in case of any trouble.
