Random sound come from nowhere.

Since yesterday, there are these arbitrary music stations and voices which truly alarm me. It's not from any program. There was no opened application which it could possibly originate from. I play an amusement and all of a sudden these sounds simply appear from no place. It seems like a radio station with a man saying 'here is the best music'. I don't think it is an infection on the grounds that I do have an against infection. Does anybody know what this is about? Any answer would be useful.
