Question about installing Windows 7 in HP Chromebook 14

Regarding the HP Chromebook 14, can I install some other operating system besides Chrome OS?

I want a cheap laptop mainly for browsing the internet and basic word processing and I want a good battery life because I travel a lot. I love the specs of HP Chromebook 14 , but I want to use Windows 7 or 8 on it and since the hardware specs seem a bit low, that is why I'm asking this.
