Publishing InfoPath form to InfoPath form library (SharePoint Online)

Hi,

I created an InfoPath form but when I try to submit it on SharePoint online site I get the error message below. I made sure to add the site to a trusted site just in case it is being blocked. But still the error message appears. I selected the option to login automatically.

See the error message below. Waiting for your replies.

InfoPath cannot save the following form: https://motion10demo.sharepoint.com/test22

Access Denied. Before opening files in this location, you must first add the website to your trusted sites list, browse to the website and select the option to log in automatically.

Hallo White,

  • First, check if the template.xsn file is in read-only mode. To do this, you will need to navigate to the physical location of the template, right click on the file, and then uncheck the read-only option and then re-try publishing the template.
  • Also check if the Timer service is running in services.msc.
  • And then check if the form is in Full-trust mode.
  • Try publishing the form with a different account.
